The bicycle as a tool is well imagined and engineered. The activity is fun and healthful. Together we are a quiet, efficient, simple machine. Bicycling culture is for everyone, everywhere.
The Age of the Bicycle is imminent, but it needs a push - like a parent teaching a child to ride in a summer park. As car culture perpetuates itself, so must bike culture instigate the necessary momentum to make a lasting shift to self-powered transport.
This blog is a capture and comment on the various sub-cultures that make up our tangled global bicycling culture.
